You should look on eBay and Amazon.
I would imagine that you will only find after market batteries.

Would it be this?

It could be more than the laptop is worth

Dell-Laptop-Battery-Latitude-E6430
There are cheaper ones, this is half the price of the link above.

Dell Latitude E6430 Laptop Battery - Laptop Battery UK

Cheaper still can be found on eBay - but there's always a price/quality trade-off, so maybe you don't want to go for the absolute cheapest ;).

If you haven't yet decided, I have bought quite a few Laptop batteries over the last 5 years and it is a case of looking at the best deal to suit you.
I would advise dealing direct with a supplier rather than ebay. That way you will get the warranty they offer, not just the 30 days some sellers hide behind. Check the companies reviews and their returns policy before buying. Some will cover return cost if for example your laptop won't recognise and charge their replacement, many hold the buyer responsible. Be specific on the details of your old battery and if in doubt, send them an enquiry with photos. Also be sure to check the voltage matches that of your original, some 'compatible' replacements do not, they may work for a while, but may damage your Laptop. I have always used compatible replacements rather than pay the premium for the Geniune article that often cost more than the Laptop is worth. Pete
PS Bought a Dell Inspiron 6400 battery 3 yrs ago from BattDepot and it is still holding charge and going strong.

Your best bet is looking for a replacement at local/online stores in your area, you will definitely find a store having one in stock...

Even though it's old, they still keep them in stock because there will still be people, like you, that have an old laptop.

Dell no longer sell batteries for the E6430, your only source will be 3rd-party replacements. You're unlikely to find them in stock at any local PC repair shop, and certainly not at Currys. Of the established on line UK stores Laptop Batteries UK is one of the cheaper ones, at £32, while Duracell Direct is one of the more expensive at £80.

The cheapest I can find on Amazon is about £20. Take your pick....

those repair stores here youi talk about there a complete rip off as they will sell you fake batteries as i went to buy a battery for my phone and it was fake as was not worth a dam as it did not last long either plus i went one time to get a repair cd made and the guy wanted to charge me 70 quid and tbh i bought my 1st laptop back in the day was a toshiba . so tbh i stay away from those places i either buy on here or main places like currys but there mad expensive also

Check on repair stores, not on normal tech stores.
