Any Desktop Context Menu Replacements?

I'm looking for a replacement, preferably customizable, for the desktop context menu. I really don't care for anything that's there save for the Display properties.

I'm not necessarily looking for a shell replacement, like bblean or kde, rather just the context menu.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Imperfect1. Those links were quite useful. Also, if it exists, is there any way to remove everything from the menu to start with a fresh empty menu? I imagine there is a manual way to do so through the registry taking out each item individually. It would be nice if there was a total replacement.
