Go to the Device Manager select other Device ...

Right click select Property's / Details Tab ...


Please Post any Hardware IDs for these Devices ...


What is the Model Number for your iball Computer ? ....

My PC is assemble just use cabinet i ball, all are parts different company.

Might be a good idea to start again and do a Clean Install ...
