Anyone can help? Black screen after startup

I am using the windows 7 OS just about 4 months. Now I have a big problem when I boot my computer. When I boot it, after "welcome to windows 7" the display become black and just the cursor be active. I lost the start menu, toolbar and all. So I can entered to the programs by task manager with ctr+alt+del.
If anyone have some solutions, please help me! Thanks

Thanks for help. I have done a full scan in safe mode.
There were 13 malwares have been cleaned.
The display still dark (black), No desktop.

Now download and install then run a full scan with this one as well, if it comes up with anything run another full scan with MBAM. MS Security Essentials is a full time virus scanner that you can leave on all the time to protect the system.
