outlook keep preparing to install anyone can help ? at the services.msc i change windows installer to disable and try still the same issue. try using the command msiexec /unreg and regserver but issue still persist. when i try to reinstall the outlook it prompt this erro not in support language. login using other user account same issue. anyone can assist on this ?

First run a System Scan with Malwarebytes ..


Then run a System Scan ....

Then Check which application that is causing these errors will be mentioned in the eventlog....

To fix go through your eventlog and read the msiinstaller errors and warnings...

From there you will identify which application is causing the problem....


Also please Post back the Results of your Scans ....
