Hello I keep getting this message and was wondering if anyone can help me as I am getting no where.
api-ms-win-core-timezone-Il-1-0-dll is missing from your computer. I have went to the internet and get really nothing except software companies that want to charge you for installing it on your computer and others say you should not do it.
Can someone please put me on the right path...
