APPCRASH/GameCrash

I recently installed windows 7 on my machine and almost any games i install gets an APP crash, this is also happening on my XP which i never figured out how to fix either I'm hoping someone could help me out?

C:\Windows\Minidump <- attach the .dmp (-s) if any.

As for the game crash, what game is it? Is it windows 7 compatible? Are your drivers up to date?

Can't find Minidump Folder only folder i found was dmp which is empty. As for the game, all my games crash except for older ones like gta sa, the game i used in the error report was Gears Of War which I tested on a friends WIN 7 and it worked, I've also tried running in compatibility mode and as system Admin and got no success.
