Is there absolutely no way to redirect files in appdata? New data in some programs always end up in users/appdata/local/virtualstore/.... It's a pain in the butt to move the songs back to where they are supposed to be. It's a big deal to me I've forgot to check important stuff in appdata before formatting since Vista.

Why are your songs going to the VirtualStore in the first place? You should not be saving them to a protected location like Program Files.

They are for a rhythm game and need to reside in the program files folder. Each song requires a chart(like DDR) to play, and everytime I make/edit a chart, it goes to appdata, not the game folder.

Well there are a few things I can recommend versus messing with permissions.

Don't store the required files in the Program Files directory instead put them in another location. Then in the program's directory use a junction point to the song location.
Code:
mklink /J "C:\Program Files\your-program\songs-junction" "C:\users\your-user\songs"
