Applian Freecorder suite (Troubleshooting the Audio Recorder)

Hello,I have the version 5 of the Applian Freecorder software program suite on Windows 7 Home Premium and Iam having trouble in getting the Audio Recorder to install,the one day I had it installed and the Audio Recorder worked fine,but,now,I had to install it again and it doesn't want to work for me,all the other programs in the suite are working great so far.If anybody has Freecorder or knows about the software,please reply as soon as anybody can,that would be great,Thank's!

Ive got the same prob,and im waitng for a reply from Applian tech guys and girls.

The website forum does have many threads reporting this error,but as yet no reply to them as been posted.
