128c is the max values HM can read there's possibly no sensor and it's just showing the max value (my opinion) the rest look fine

It may be an idea to try a different system information application (eg) - SIW (the free one), HWiNFO32/64, WinAudit, System Explorer Portable, SiSoftware Sandra and there are many more.
