HI all - I tried to search for an existing thread but....
I have TWO pcie NEC USB 3.0 host controller cards installed. Each card has two usb 3.0 ports.
Everything was fine until I installed the second card. Now I get a BSOD only when I shutdown, and it seems every time I shutdown. It boots fine.
Question: I know I have given very little detail but in general, is there any reason I should not be able to have two of these cards installed? The device mgr actually looks like 3 are installed (under USB Controllers).
Windows 7 (of course)

Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.
