Solved ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 Random Blue Screen

I have new system build with an ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 mob, AMD FX4100 Quad Core Processor, 8GB Ballistix (2x 4GB) RAM, and Gigabyte GV-R545 Graphic Card. I am getting random blue screens that range from booting, idle, or running different programs.

I have tried running with just one 4GB of RAM, changing the Ballistix RAM to Crucial RAM, and changed the graphics card to Sapphire HD6450. I am racking my head trying to figure this out. I have attached the dump files as well.

I have been to many forums but can't seem to find one with a solution. Think this is above me at this point.

Remove Avast! antivirus and replace with Security essentials: Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software.

Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows

Remove IOBIT malware fighter and replace with free Malwarebytes: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

Remove Core Temp - CPU temperature monitor software with Revo uninstaller in advanced mode:

Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries). If required, reinstall the latest version available from the mfg website or a good source like filehippo.com

Memtest86+

Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.    Note

Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

Do this test overnight.

Yesterday I did perform:
1) Uninstalled Avast and CoreTemp – With windows program uninstaller (not Revo my apologies. I got a little ahead of myself)
2) Uninstalled IOBit (With Revo)
3) Ran sfc /scannow (Results: Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations)
4) Installed Malwarebytes and ran full scan (Results: No threats found)

I did not:
a. Install Microsoft Security Essential
b. Perform memory test .. Will start this process after posting
Should I install the Microsoft Security Essential now or leave system as is to try to pin point the issue. The machine was left running overnight and no BSOD. The BSOD occurs randomly but seems to have always occurred when the machine has been running over night or left on for the day.
Will start memory test now and not reboot system unless prompted
