What do you mean?

You should be able to download them on win10 without any issues.

Then you presumably you want to install them into windows 7.

Have you already applied the windows 7 image to a partition?

First extract the drivers from the exe files into a folder using something like 7-zip

Then use something like dism ++

Click the win 7 partition at the top of dism++ main window to highlight it in blue.

Then click "open session"

Then click Drivers in the left pane.

Then click ADD and browse to the folder of extracted drivers.

Ok, to make things clear, I can download them on win10 perfectly fine. But to actually install the drivers themselves, I need to be able to use my keyboard and mouse. I think you see the problem here. I can't do that.

And, yes, they are in a partition. (E:) drive.

Okay, I think I've ran into an issue...
I finish installation, since I just decided to reinstall windows... and when I get that part where I get stuck, I would you know, force shutdown and go back to win10 to do the DISM++ stuff, because i think that's the only way to add them after installation... but when I reboot into windows 7...
Error code: 0xc0000098 and 0xc0000017.

So uhh, what does this mean..? I've searched it up and saw that the 98 one is a serious issue, but I don't know what causes it. And the 17 one just happens after you force shutdown (apparently), which is weird because it hasn't happened to me the other times I've forced shutdown..

Any help?

You could have caused damage with the shutdown. Startup repair might be able to fix it.

In any case, I would use dism++ to integrate the net drivers and usb3 only.

Then boot into win7.

Ok, a miracle just happened.

So, I decided to make the installation setup into its own 6GB drive and just put the files in there. I went over to EasyBCD and made it part of the boot menu. I installed windows 7 on the other 300GB drive again, and all of a sudden, the PS/2 keyboard starts working. I could manage everything, but it is kind of hard to use an entire OS with just a keyboard, so I quickly changed the display to the 1920x1080 display, and tried to navigate the files. The good thing so far is that I don't have to force shutdown, so I won't get those error codes anymore. Keep in mind I haven't used DISM++ on this installation of windows 7 yet. Then the first problem comes, I go to one of those drivers install themselves thing, and it said I "don't have the minimum requirements," even though I knew this PC could easily run them, probably just didn't have drivers to recognize them. I decide to just shutdown and go over to win10 to DISM++ this. I don't know if this will work, but I am begging that it does.

Now the complete opposite just of a miracle just happened..

I rebooted into win7 after using DISM++, and the "starting windows" animation crashes, and I get a BSOD, then it sets me back to the boot menu, and asks if I want to use the start win7 normally, or use startup repair too. The problem is start win7 normally just does the same BSOD thing, and the startup repair tool just crashes. Maybe I did something bad with the DISM++ stuff and messed it up. I may have to use that repair my computer option in the win7 installation setup and search up some commands to fix this. Or, do the same thing without DISM++, or use different drivers, and maybe it won't crash anymore.

Uhh.. miracle #2?!?!??!

I reinstalled windows, and didn't go too heavy on the DISM++ business. I can actually get into the desktop, and with somehow managing files with a keyboard, I managed to install those USB 3.0/3.1 drivers, yes! I DO still need drivers though.. for ethernet, plus aero and stuff. i also have a HP vs17e (I know, it's old, but it is my 2nd monitor.) that won't be detected in windows 7, so I'll need drivers for that. With a little bit of internet snooping, I might be able to do this.

Just relieved that WORKED. After SO LONG!

Edit: I'm realizing something is off.. since I don't have wifi, I can't activate windows. However.. last time (before i rebooted and was met with the BSOD's) the wifi WAS working, and I could activate. One of those drivers had support, but something tells me, I really don't want to risk it.
