Asus laptop WiFi Driver problem

Hi. I have a K43SD ASUS laptop.
when I bought it, I installed win7 ultimate x64 and installed drivers from CD and it was working great.
recently I deleted windows and installed the win7 from the same DVD again and installed drivers from the same CD.
but now WiFi driver doesn't work. What should I do?!

Is it turned on? Fn + F2 I believe turns it on and off. Does the wifi card show up correctly in device mnager, with no yellow ! after it? Have you tried the driver available for that model on the ASUS web site?

Yes I've tried also the version on the ASUS website.
And I also tried Fn+F2

OK so what isn't working? Does it show up with a yellow! in device manager? If yes what's the error message?

Yes there is a yellow in device manager for "network controller" and said that driver isn't installed.

OK, so what happens when you run the installer for the driver?
