Help WiFi Driver ZCfgSvc error Unable to Access Websites

my Windows 7 Pro 64-bit laptop keeps getting dns_probe_finished_nxdomain I can’t go to any websites, I can ping IP address from Command Prompt, and I have the box checked automatically detect setting LAN setting, I also have tried to change the DNS server address to Google and OpenDNS but still can't reach any website, I have tested Firefox Chrome and IE but none of them work I have also temporary disabled the software firewall but it still did not help I have also tested USB Wifi USB adapter and it still does not work,

I keep getting this error I'm trying to uninstall built-in WiFi Driver

Error 1721 There is a problem with this windows installer Package A program required for this install to complete could not be run contact your support personnel or package vendor action CA_WIFI_UnRegister_Zcfgsvc7 location C:\ProgramFiles\Intel\WiFi\bin\ZCfgSvc.exe command:\UnregServer



any help would be appreciated

Just some ideas.

Can you connect using an Ethernet cable?
I assume that you have restarted the hub/router?
Have you tried Remove Network in Control Panel > Manage Wireless Networks?
Have you tried Un-installing the Network Adapters in Device Manager? If those drivers are actually needed they will get installed automatically after re-starting the computer.

You can run wi-fi with built in Windows but some are run by third-party software which stops Windows and uses its own drivers to get it to run it has to kill Windows wireless. Which one are you using?

I tried the integrated ethernet and Netgear USB Wifi card still no websites I can ping IP address and do windows and antivirus software updates but anything with DNS does not work
