I had my mobo for 1 week now. I've updated the bios to latest, set power on by ps/2 KB is set. But. After that being set. Powering the pc on won't work. My psu is able to supply 3A on +5vsb rail.

Next observation. After shutting down win7. Pc seems to be shutted down. But cpu fan and pwmfans still spins at very low speed even if i try to stop it by hand. It still spins after i've removed my hand. And. Numlock's led light is lit and cannot change state thru numlock button. And That's the only state i've managed to make my power on by ps/2 work. The only thing i have to do to make the fans stop spinning is to unplug totally the tower. After unplug and replug. Power on by ps/2 don't work again. Is it a problem or it's just a normal behavior of p8p67? My psu is corsair tx650w. And that psu makes my old mobo to power on by ps/2 without problems.

TIA

How do I set my windows to power on by kb? I don't think it has that option to power the system from total shut off

No, Windows will not power on from total OFF. Only Hibernate or Sleep.
If you must have true power on by keyboard then you must do it from BIOS and then try and configure Windows to not fight you. I can't help with that - I've never tried it.

Is it really easier than just pushing the POWER button? Is the case in a cabinet or something?

Hmm. I've disabled power on by kb and shutdown seams to be fine now.

Yes. Power on by kb is essential to me since my tower is placed in a high place and the power buttons are on the other side which is quite difficult to press.

Can't make my pc power on by kb if the machine come from total shutoff. And it is set on bios.

My old asus p5g41t-m lx3 does the job smoothly. So i'm puzzled why can't my p67 do the same job

Would something like this work for you?
Ignition 1 PC Power Switch Cable w/Wired Remote

PC systems evolve and there have been a lot of changes in the power systems on motherboards and OS's. What you could do in days of yore may no longer be possible on a modern system. In most modern motherboards the PS2 input devices are treated as legacy devices.
