Hello

A few weeks ago I left my PC on while I watched something on the TV when I resumed work on the PC it took a long time to come out of sleep mode 5 to 10 minutes. When I checked the PC I notice the psu fan was turning very slow, I changed the fan and it runs fine now When I switch the PC on I get a warning power surges detected in a previous power on and to press F1 to run setup which when I click exit without saving changes I can open windows and use the PC all day with no problems if I let the PC go into sleep mode it still takes a while to wake up. The current psu is an aerocool SX400 if I change it for a Corsair SF450 do I have to delete any fault codes or do I just fit it and the system will self detect the changes

Their really is nothing you need to do when changing out a power supply.
