Basically, when listening to music, every 30 seconds or so, the music distorts pretty bad and my mouse will skip across the screen.

This may be unrelated, but in order to power on my computer, not only do I have to press the power button, I have to go to the back of the computer and toggle the power supply switch off/on very quickly in order for the computer to even boot. Don't ask how i figured this out.

I think I have attached everything needed.

It appears you are missing some key components to your system. Given that you have an Intel based board, Intel® Driver Update Utility should detect the hardware and help you find the appropriate software by providing links to the drivers. Also, re-install the latest version of LogMeIn if you intend to use the software, or remove it from the system altogether.

Microsoft Antimalware Real-Time Protection feature has encountered an error and failed.
 	Feature: Behavior Monitoring
 	Error Code: 0x80004005
 	Error description: Unspecified error
Reason: The filter driver requires an up-to-date engine in order to function. You must install the latest definition updates in order to enable real-time protection.
The above suggests that you should uninstall and re-install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Based on the PSU power switch toggle, I recommend checking all power connectors to the motherboard and also have your PSU tested. When checking power connectors, Avoid Static Damage to Your PC. There is also a guide on the forums if you are comfortable testing the PSU yourself: http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/201055-psu-testing.html#post1688197
