AULA Expert Gaming Keyboard keys don't type

I have recently built a new computer, and it has been working fine. The only major problem I have run into is my AULA BE FIRE Expert Gaming Keyboard has stopped working. The back lights are working, but none of the keys type. I have tested other keyboards on my computer and they all work fine. Also, I have tested the keyboard on other computers and it does not work. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem or if anyone knows how I could fix it. Could it be some sort of driver issue?

Try to re-install the drivers for the keyboard.

Thanks for the reply! The only thing is when I delete the drivers from device manager and restart my computer it goes back to exactly how it was before. I have also tried to do a hardware scan to see if there is any outdated drivers. The scan says there is but when it tries to update them it gives a "failed to update drivers" message.
