Auto fill file location for file extraction not working

When I extract files from a zipped file I have downloaded using Internet Explorer 9 I used to be able to start typing the destination location in the box and it would auto fill the location I used most often and I could click the BROWSE button to easily see all my files in that location, but recently this feature has completely stopped working. I don't remember changing any settings in my computer. Can someone help me with this?

Finally figured out that the Auto complete for Windows Explorer was not checked in IE9. I didn't uncheck it, but when I checked it everything worked as before.
