I am tempted to say that unless you have Bluetooth or 3G/4G hardware on your system, you should simply hide both these updates

However - it may indicate a different problem...
Booting to a Clean Boot may help.
How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
boot clean, and attempt installation using the downloaded files -- see if that works.

Reviving this post because I still can't install updates and now I'm pretty sure I have some type of trojan that isn't being picked up by anything yet it is sending emails to everyone in my inbox. I am running Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security, it shows that it is up to date. I ran the windows malicious software scan and it found nothing either. I now have 19 updates that won't install.

When I try and post the CBS.zip file it says its too big. It's 8.83mb

Discard the two oldest .persist files and try again

Neither SFC nor CheckSUR logs show any significant problem.

The 800F0826 errors usually indicate that an update is pending a reboot..... Windows Update error 800f0826 applies

This would appear to be the problem update....

I would suggest attempting to unstall that by using the standalone installer....

Please keep careful notes of what happens, and post EXACT error messages.

Everything else installed, the first two listed here both say they install but when I restart they go to 7% then reboot and fail.

The IE10 attempts download and fails, no warning .

Ignore IE10 for the moment - too many variables.

Watch it when you open the zip that he just uploaded - opening it in Windows Explorer doesn't show the CBS folder in the zip archive but opening it in 7zip does
