av mode and card reader in vaio

Hey
I have a vaio VGN-TZ170N and I have installed windows 7X32.
Then the card reader is not working and also av mode. I have download the drivers of sony site and not workinng!!!

Could someone help me?

If the drivers are not for Win 7 you may have to install them in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html
