Last year I bought an HP Pavilion g6-1b50us and so far I like it. The one problem I repeatedly run into however is the keyboard. When using my laptop in the dark the keys are rather difficult to see as one might imagine. I was thinking of doing some sort of mod with another HP keyboard. Take out my current keybaord, replace it with one of relatively similar dimensions that is backlit. I found this tutorial: UL30 Backlit Keyboard Mod but it pertains to an asus laptop. Any tips/suggestions are appreciated!
