Backup system

Hello Forum,
I started to write a post on the subject, but suddenly (don't know how) the page was replaced and could not continue, so I'll start here again, please forgive.
Before installing "macrium" as sujested on some answers, have some questions, could not find on the net.
1. Have already 3 backups / images made by window, can I see them in "macrium", delete some old to free up disk space or make use with one of them.
2. If I'm not satisfied with "macrium" and uninstall it, can I make a use with the backups created with the program, or else can I just delete them before going back to windows backup.
3. Is the repair disk created on the first full backup good also for "macrium" or have I to make another disk.
Will appreciate your answers.

First, you will not find a better Image Program than Macrium. It has never failed me and have never heard of it failing. ==

Question 1 -- No, Macrium does not see Windows Backups
Question 2 -- If you uninstall Macrium, you will not be able to use the Images you created.
Question 3 -- If you mean "Rescue Disk", you only need to make it one time. It will be good until a new version of Macrium comes out and you will need to make a new Rescue Disk.

You should be very happy with Macrium. It does a good job. Be sure and not store your Images on the same HDD that the OS is on. Let us know how you like Macrium

Here is my last question (hopefully), if after installing "Macrium" and cannot see the old backups made by windows, to free some space on the disk - how shell I delete them ? (just point at them and click "delete" in the context menu) ?
All backups done so far are located on a separate HD in the computer, system installed on C drive and backups on G drive.

Click on your "Start Button" and click "Computer". You will see the G Drive. Click on it and you will see the files for your Windows Backup. Do a right click on the file to be deleted and in the menu you will see "Delete". Left click on the "Delete" and it will ask if "You are sure you want to move the file to the Recycle Bin". Click YES and it will be gone. Don't delete any until you have made a new Image with Macrium just to be on the safe side.

+1, and to add to bigmck's excellent advice, have two Macrium full-images of both your OS partition and your data partition before deleting Windows' backup images.
