If I swap out my MB + CPU on my current Windows 7 - I shouldn't have any problems aside form deleting and installing new Chipset drivers, right?

I believe I have a bad MB + CPU combo and want to swap it out.

Thanks in advance

Ouch! System builder copy is tied to the first mobo its installed on. As per EULA, its not transferrable so you would be in violation should you try to use it on the new mobo.
