battlefield bad company 2 low fps

Hello everyone i have an very big problem with my game battlefield bad company 2 i have the original disk from this game and i dont use any patches one it so when im playing multiplayer it lags like this (Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - BETA mega lag / Bug (1080p HD) - YouTube) or we can say low FPS but on another games is no lagging or other crap and i cant fix this problem with bad company 2 i tried to update video card drivers and i set the directx version to 9 it dont give me any help so i think some of you people can help me with this with no buying anything sorry for bad language

Don't know much about MP since I only do Campaigns but I read and hear a lot of complains about lag while playing MP... it may not even be your internet but the servers you are playing on, some have good pings, others not so much... have you tried checking the ping when you get low fpss?

Also, why haven't you patched your game? I almost never do because all of the updates are usually, again, for MP... something tells me that if you do, you will gain by it rather than loose.

I am sure others with more experience will chime in soon, hang on tight.

Patches are needed for MP, try lowering your in game settings some, and what resolution are you playing at?

for patches i dont know what kind of them i need and for the ping approximately my ping on all servers is 250 and its unplayable for me and i'm using 1024-768 its lowest option in the game

can you find any servers with a lower ping?

only servers with lower ping is where 16 persons are playing where 32 persons are playing there lag lag and lag

I would consider upgrading your computer.

I updated it from the launcher (something I take quite a while) and I have no noticeable fps problems. The maximum that I could play without problem has been with 230 ping, with all the graphics to medium quality. Some patches may improve some technical aspects in performance.
