BCCode7f - Anyone can help?

Hello and thanks in advance for reading this and trying to help.
My PC is running windows 7 and works perfectly fine for 3 years since now.

After succesful loading, it crashes after 1-5 minutes. The screen turns out blue with squares pixel and then I get a blue screen.

When I open again I take the following message:
