If I remember, in Windows XP, Microsoft released an officla tweak application "Tweak UI". There is such application for Se7en? Or there is only third party applications for that?

I remember tweakUI well but microsoft officially retired the application with the release of vista - although some people have said that some of the functions still work with Vista and Windows 7 - have not tried this as to be honest a lot of the additions from TweakUI are built into the newer systems.
There are a number of windows 7 3rd party applications like tweakUI but I would personally try to use the built-in functions where possible - at least until I prove I can't do something

I know this is a real old thread. But it helped lead me to a solution for this issue and I noticed there is no real solution posted here:
Create a batch file (.bat) by opening the Notepad, and entering this:
C:\Windows\System32\[Your Screen Saver File Here] -s
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation
Save the document as ScreenSaverLock.bat (or something like that with .bat at the end)
THEN
Create a shortcut of the .bat file. Right click the shortcut and change the shortcut key to whatever like.
