Two cautions: 1. It's a refurb., not new. 2. It's being sold by a Newegg Marketplace vendor, not Newegg (Newegg Marketplace vendors have a worse reputation than Amazon's). This is a typical negative review for this vendor:

The seller claims these to be refurbished laptops but they are not. They are simply used laptops with their hard drives wiped out and the OS reinstalled. The laptop came with only the basic drivers. I had to download and install most of the drivers from Dell's website.

The biggest complaint is that the battery on the unit I received was pretty much dead. It would only last 35 minutes on a full charge. Emails to the seller go unanswered. Be warned! You will need to purchase a new battery if you buy from this seller.

Ye of little faith, did I not mention I bought this very lappy and it screams. Battery as provided was a good 1.5 hr. solution but just bought a second for $21.00. In mine I added a $32.00 msata and $50.00 8gb @ 1866 ram. As far as the vendor comments ....oh if I have to explain those......and what do you think a refurb. means...of course it's blow out, wiped, and wiped down then tested after a clean install of W7 Pro. What you thinking they replaced the mobo or screen.....com'on !

I saw that this morning, too. I'm, for one, am glad that they use some of the money they make off of me to fight patent trolls. They are just as despicably parasitic as Domain Name trolls.

It will be interesting to see if what they have on sale Tuesday are real sales or just more of the same somewhat less than spectacular stuff with an occasional real tidbit thrown in (in other words, the same joke that Amazon's recent big deal anniversary sale for Prime members only was).
