Hello,

I would like to know which is the best fans' speeds controlling software for Win 7?

I am currently using SpeedFan,but it is keeping the CPU fan to work at 100% for all of the time.

Please help me.

Speefan for sure. Hard to tame, but absolutely the best.

I don't use it nowadays (because noise here isn't a problem anymore), so I'll post some notes I took when I was using it. With a little luck and some tweaking, it may fit your needs:

01. Click "Configure" > "Advanced" tab; click the drop-down
02. Choose the chip (mine was "IT8718F")
03. Choose "software controlled" for PWM1, PWM2 e PWM3, etc. (fan will go nuts, that's expected); mark "remember it"

04. "Speeds" tab:
05. For each PWM, set "Minimum Value" and "Maximum Value"; If you choose the same value for both fields, speed will keep constant. (this is the most important config: set it to your desired speed)

06. Mark "automatically variated" (if you set 2 different speeds)
07. Click "Ok"
08. Mark the "Automatic fan speed" box

Hope this helps. (Did a kick english translation here, sorry for any mispellings)
