best USB 3.0 flash drive?

Not seeing too many on the market now, and I don't see any storage less than 16GB. I'm guessing because of the increased speed, why bother making a device that stores only 8GB? (Or 4,2 or 1 - how about a 3.0 device that only stores 256 MB, gee, that would be a hot one.)

Waiting for the prices to come down, just wondering if anyone is using them.

I've yet to use USB 3.0 yet. I'm using eSATA on my work laptops and home desktop as I have eSATA controllers on them. I use it with a Thermaltake BlacX external hard drive dock.

all of my usb 3.0 ports are on the back of my machine

i'll probably use it for an HD webcam when they come out
