Windows7Center is totally cheating. Their count jumped by almost a hundred in a couple of seconds. You only need to block the cookies from there to vote more than once. They probably have some script they run every once in a while to vote a big number of times at once.

actually i checked the website and my hope is that they are not using a free account..
if they did use the non-free account they can remove fraudulent ip's (those that vote more than once) when they want
but only if they dished the 200/year for the pro account
(the free account has no such thing....)
im guessing not since they have a back link to polldaddy which from what i read is taken out in the paid versions....
