Solved Bex 64 error

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct place but I'm really struggling to find a fix for the problem that I keep having, really hoping someone can help me.

I'm trying to play City:Skylines but every time I try and load the game i get a windows error messing saying the .exe is not responding with the following error details.

I have played the game previous to getting this error message and I dont recall anything changing from when I last played apart from maybe upgrading my GFX card.

Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again? It sounds like the .exe is corrupted.

I found the cause of the issue, its Razer Synapse on start up. disabling that seems to let me play again
