Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.
try the following link and see if it helps ya out any to resolve the issue:

BEX error, Outlook 2010 won't load
can't say I have any faith with the suggested MS solution, which is to basically disable a bunch of drivers boot in safe mode and re-run sfc. SFC is more or less pointing to an issue with wininet.dll, whether I boot in safe mode or otherwise, this dll can't be repaired or replaced by sfc. If I could get hold of an earlier version I could use a Hirens boot to replace it.

Why was this moved to the "MS Office" forum? The fact Outlook doesn't load is merely a symptom of some other issue, Adobe also doesn't load I've discovered, ditto Skype. Have any of the board guru's looked at the zipped CBS file? What are the options to replace "WININET.dll" If indeed that is screwed????
