CPU : AMD Phenom II 945
MB : MP-AKGX Extreme (Chipset 790X)
RAM : 2 x 2GB DDR2 1066
Display Card : ATI HD2600PRO

Unfortunately, no it's not easy to fix. That's why I told you to do a system restore to before it started happening. If you have restore points, try again. If not, time to clean install. Then make sure system restore is active and save a point before you connect that mp3 player again.

Actually, before having to do clean install, you really should try a repair install.

thanks, i have done that repair one and the USB problem solved, funny that after the repair is done, i bring out all my USB device and connect to get the proper driver first, hope that can prevent the USB problem later. thanks once again!

Here's something I found on another W7 forum, and it works for my Zen Jukebox.
Basically the driver for the Zen Xtra is incompatible with Windows 7. However, if you download the XP driver and right click the installation file and select the Troubleshoot Compatibility heading and use the recommended settings to install the driver, then install the Creative Mediascource 5 for Vista, then the plugin for the Zen Xtra for Mediascource (both install without compatibility mode), you will get a warning that the driver is incompatible but ignore this and restart the computer.
