I am running a Windows 7 IE.

Id like to get rid of BING.

I found on the internet 7 ways of getting Bing off your computer"

But, I am scared to use these tips.https://www.wikihow.com/Get-Bing-Off-Your-Computer#Cleaning_Internet_Explorer_sub

It is a confusing to me. Isn't there an easier way of deleting BING for good?

I would rather get one of you guys' to help me. I trust you guys' here...You have helped me in the past.

Warmly,
Sandell

Hi Sandell,

In reality NO - Bing is the default browser for IE,
I would not use any "hacks" specified anywhere.
note updates are passed to it via windows updates >> IE >> Bing

So if you totally want to get rid of it use another browser, Firefox etc they give you a choice of seach engine and you can remove the ones you dont want.
(As IE is a feature you can "uninstall" via the features option.)
