I have a slight problem since I reformatted my laptop (Asus X72v) this being that windows won't find my second harddrive, BIOS finds it but when installing W7 it won't show up and when W7 is started disk management won't find it either.

I reverted back to Vista but it won't find it either.

any quick solutions that I might have missed?

Thanks!

Is it not NTFS?

Is it not NTFS?

I installed w7 on it first, then I reinstalled another version (Eternity sucked for me, nvidia's drivers kept crashing for me, something it didn't do on Vista)

To clear any misunderstandings

Installed W7E -> Installed it on the other drive (here the first drive disappeared)
Installed Vista by CD (removing second W7E install)
Second disk nowhere to be seen, only in BIOS.

Since I used W7 I can say it is NTFS.
