Bitlocker Recovery Key is Incorrect

Hi, i have bitlocker encrypted hard drive and it needs a key to access it. I am trying to decrypt it using M3 data recovery. i have the correct bitlocker recovery key, but when i enter it, it gives me an error saying "BitLocker recovery key is incorrect, please click OK to learn how to get the correct Bitlocker recovery key"

In line with forum rules we don't discuss circumventing passwords. It would be best in this case to contact BitLocker themselves.
