Solved Black bars disappeared on 800x600 resolution

Hellp, my screen will not properly display the 800x600 resolution without stretching the screen and making it blurry. This started after i used an hdmi to connect to my tv. Normally there are black borders that keep the quality the same but now the screen stretches it to a 1366x768 resolution, which makes things blurry.

hello again, the problem was solved by right clicking on the desktop and pressing graphics properties, then basic mode, then putting scaling on "center". hopefully this will help other people in the future
