I have bootup problems. My monitors are black, the PC is booting to some level and than probably rebooting and so on. When I switch PC off and start some seconds later, and are luckily everything is well booting up.

Besides this, no problems.

Any ideas?

Are you saying that your PC Is double booting? Some motherboards do that.

No, I had a doble OS setup before, now only Win7 64bit.

I made many things, like resetting BIOS, installing new beta graphic driver, a.s.o.

The only thing I know, there is a massive graphics problem, when booting up. The monitor looks terrible scrambled, like overclocked graphics card, but when the coloured welcome screen appears, everything is all right.

Most times the screen is black, when booting up, sometimes I see this scrambled graphics, and seldom it starts normally.

Any guesses:
software probem?
active adapter for monitors (eyefinity)?
graphics card problem?

Another problem is, that sometimes it boots up with ctrl key is activated (like outlook sys, it has detected that ctrl key is pressed, and asks me, if it should start in protected mode or so). One press on ctrl key and problem gone. Maybe this is the reason of the problems, or maybe only another trouble.

Got an old video card to try in the system?

Upgraded the BIOS to the latest version?

You have on-board video disabled in BIOS (if applicable)?

Same symptoms i had with my ATI X1650 just before this card died. Everything was fine except start-up glitches like yours.
