Black screen after login

I get a black screen after login....

The login screen looks normal though.
But just after I login everything turns black.
Just the mouse arrow is visible. (and can be moved as usual)

If I use Ctrl-Alt-Del I get the screen back to go go to activitymanager for example.
But what can I do there...?!
Nothing I tried in F8 mode had any effect on this problem.

Is explorer.exe running when you open task manager, if not select "New Task" and enter explorer.exe

Tried that already.
Taskmanager works, but when I start a "New Task" and browse to explorer.exe and run it, the screen turns black again.

Do you have any System Restore points from before this problem? You can try a system restore if so.

Tried that also, there was only one. It was corrupt ....

Do you get a desktop using Safe Mode with Networking?

its may be of your windows missing some files in your System so you need to be reinstall windows again just install windows fresh copy

I would first remove the malware possibility before a re-install but that's just me. I have always seen a re-install a last resort when all options are exhausted.

Yet I understand the decision is up to the OP.
