Black Screen and No Internet Connections? + Downgraded Windows look

Hi,

Ever since today, my windows vista has had a black screen and no Internet connections. And it looks like a different version of windows for some reason. The only thing I did to change my computer was add a new wireless keyboard and mouse, and when I came home there was no Internet, so when I restarted my computer it looked different and had a black screen...

Help?

Edit - for some reason, it's blue now.
