Just the last 2 days I've had these crashes when playing BF3. I had been playing it with no problems until yesterday.

Just the last 2 days I've had these crashes when playing BF3. I had been playing it with no problems until yesterday.

There are a couple of things that need to be examined

1- In the earlier DMPS you show bit defender and it is listed as the cause. Are you still using it?

2- In the later DMPS the crashes point to hardware. Have you made any hardware changes? QAre you overclocking?

3- A quick search of BF3 yields 174, 000 hits on the query of BSOD in win 7. DO you have the most up to date version of the game??

This is the generic help for hardware

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

Some generic advice.

If you are overclocking STOP. return to the default settings at least for now.
If you are running a RAID update its driver.

I have been using Bitdefender for years and is used with game mode on. It's a new game no updates have been released. No raid no OC. Will try different video card.

Well the only two things in common are the game and it defender.

I understand that. I totally disabled Bitdefender and played tonight with no problem. Tomorrow I will enable it and try a different video card, the reason for changing out cards is because I have returned 4 of these cards this is the last replacement I received and was trying it out.

Thanks,
Danny
