Solved Black Screen, then recovery with Error message.

Greetings, new member and I hope this is the right Forum. I have recently been plagued with a black screen and in most cases, recovery with error message. This appeared to happen when playing games, however, I noticed it is now happening randomly just surfing the web. Perhaps someone can put in on the right path? Here is the message in the reliability section:
