Black Screen When Running FurMark and Certain Games

Hey guys, I'm having black screen problem when I'm running certain games and FurMark @ 1080 FHD Preset. I'm using the MSI GTX 970 and I've been using it for about 6 months now. The black screen problem is always followed by an error message sound and I figured out the error messages. Sound and my application are still running perfectly fine so it should be the graphic card issue

For Furmark I got "Error Code 7, A TDR has been detected. The Application must close".
For my games, the first one is quite weird, it shows a warning "The 'NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970' device is not removeable and cannot be ejected or unplugged".
The other error is "Error Code 3, Unable to recover from a kernel exception. The Application must close."

I've tried clean re-install and update drivers but none of them worked.
Any information would be greatly appreciated guys

Check your GPU fans and temps, and make sure your GPU fans are running fast enough. It might be a heat issue, and that can mimic a lot of errors.

I have a similar problem with my GPU and have to run the fans around 60% manually to do any gaming. The automatic fan speed mechanism doesn't seem to work. I get weird error messages when it cuts out.
