Black Screen With Cursor After Restart Comes And Goes

thank you for your help


black screen with cursor after restart


then switched monitors and


problem went away


then tried to boot from dvd or cd a few times and computer would not do it


then problem came back


black screen with cursor again after restart


all this after reinstalling back to factory condition and starting from scratch


did scannow checkdisk remove and replace cmos battery all external devices unplugged


except for keyboard and mouse


doing a memory check at the moment so far so good at 99%


any help greatly appreciated

been looking at your other recent posts as well.

Which maybe why your having these problems
The final Disk management set-up you posted doesn't look right to me
stand to be corrected by those more knowledgable about disk setup
as you have clean installed again post a new one

The active partition is not C
the C drive appears to be missing a reserved partition - did you go from MBR to Eufi
