Black screen with cursor - no task manager

Ive got a dell e6420. I'm running two hard drives. One is partitioned 4 times and the other is a SSD. I'm using bootit to boot into my partitions/harddrives. However all partitions on my HDD work. But on my SSD when I boot into it. I get the black screen with cursor after login screen. Ive tried bootimg in all safe modes, repair computer, restore to previous point, etc. I cant get task manager to work either. But I can get into command prompt VIA repair computer from F8. Ive tried multiple tjongs with no luck. The only think ive come up with is when I run sfc /scannow it says a repair is awaiting restart and I can't get past this. Someone please help ive got software on the SSD I can't find anymore.

I looked at the posting instructions. I cannot get into Windows so I cannot run the utility

I'm not 100% sure about that. I know everything was working before perfectly fine. Boot it handles my boot operation I just speak what I want to boot into

If you repeatedly click on "esc" when you start up your system, will it give you the boot options such that you can select your SSD? If so, can you boot using it?

If you're using BootIt Bare Metal, have you contacted Terebyte about your problem? I notice that the Boot Manager is for non-UEFI systems.

Perform the below task ...

Disk Management

Can you post a screenshot of the Disk Management please => Click Start => right-click Computer => click Manage => click Disk Management.
