Blue screen, but not a BSOD

Hello everyone. I just built a computer for my Mom to do work from home. Everything was going smoothly until I got this random blue screen. It is not a BSOD as there is no writing on the screen nor does the computer crash really. It just kind of hangs at this blue screen. I don't have to be doing anything and then this problem happens. I could just be on the internet and then I get the blue screen. Now I can make it happen 100% when I tap the side of the tower. It is nothing too vicious, just a little tap with my fingers and then boom blue screen. Does anyone have any ideas about what this could be?

is there anything located in the folder c:\windows\minidump ?
If there is could you zip them up and attach to your next post.

This looks like a loose hardware.

Open the case and very careful check all the hardwares,wires,connectors,screws,

psu connections,cpu,gpu,ram,check if everything is sitting tight in the slots,check everything.

last time I had a problem that any tiny tap could recreate it was a bad memory slot on the motherboard.
That resulted in this post.

As said above it's either loose hardware, or even possibly a component grounding out on the case and you are completing a weak circuit by touching it.
