Change it in Windows, verify that the change has taken by checking the BIOS on the next reboot.

Your running out of memory - the system only has 775 mB free (from the systeminfo.txt report) - which will make the system slower than molasses in January! I would suggest upgrading to 4 gB of RAM - or only using one program at a time.

The verifier enabled memory dump blames Microsoft Security Essentials. So I'd suggest uninstalling it, and then downloading a fresh copy and installing that on the system.

OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers:

It's just a different memory slot. Your motherboard manual says that if your using two sticks of memory to put them in the black slots first
