I've received this error twice in the last 3 days: Win 7,Blue Screen, Driver-IRQL-Not-Less-Or-Equal [& I cant afford any further problems.]

Can someone please help analyze these dumps?---SEE attached zip file
PC-PC-Fri_07_31_2015_195525_97.zip per Forum instructions.

I don't recall what I was doing when the Blue Screen appeared, but I was able to restart normally when prompted.NOTE: I do no gaming!

I have run the MS Driver Verifier Test now for 35 hrs now with no indication of a problem.

Also, here is the BlueScreenView Info:

Thanks so much, Laith, for your analysis!

From Realtek I downloaded a "newer" driver [with a later date: 4/19/ 2012]

The Old Driver in Device Manager was dated 8-23-11 ,Version 7.48.823.2011

but the "New" Driver, after installing in Device Manager, was ALSO DATED 8-23-11 ,Version 7.48.823.2011

So I don’t think this is really a new version, except that MS Virtual MiniPort Adapter was added after the install!

NOTE: Device Manager refers to the Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter driver as : "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller"
---------------------------------------

Any suggestions? Maybe Contact Realtek?

If I replace the Belkin N150 150 Mbps, 2.4 wireless usb adapter would that solve the problem?---
[NOTE: There is also no new driver avail for the Belkin N150]

ie: Would the problem Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Driver also be replaced if I got a different wireless usb adapter?

Unable to load Network Adapter Driver: “Ethernet Controller” appeared

Following Laith's advice: I downloaded & successfully installed Realtek Network Adapter Driver RTL8192SU, aka "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" in Device Manager 3 times previously.
I did uninstall the old driver [using Device Manager only, not "Driver Sweeper "] before installing the new one.

But the Next time 2x I tried to install the driver, altho all went smoothly, just before the reboot blackout I saw something like : “driver failed to install” [w red X] error message flash by.
And after rebooting there's no "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" in Device manager.
Instead an “Ethernet Controller” appeared with these details : “Drivers for this device are not installed." "Click to Update Driver." "This device is not using any resources because it has a problem.”

However I Can Connect To The Internet w no problems!

The problem might somehow be due to 3-4 restore operations I did that day.
---------------------

I realize I could download the driver again from Realtek to be sure it's not corrupted & try again.

Or install the driver from my CD.

Or allow Win7 to update the driver.

Or use use "Driver Fusion" in Safe Mode to make sure there's a clean uninstall first & then install driver.

I'm being cautious & asking your advice because I don't want to lose my current internet access!

Since I had BSODs when using the "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" & it appears there's no newer version: I was thinking to maybe just leave in place the troubled “Ethernet Controller” which appears to be a Win7 generic driver.

But probably the only problem with "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" was that it was corrupted.

I finally found the Install Error Messages: Event Viewer> Windows Logs>System

“The Realtek11nSU service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.”

from 8/6/2015 at :
7:44:19a

2:25:44p
11:09:59p
11:18:08p [These are the same times as System Restore shows “Installed RealTek 11N USB Wireless LAN software”]
----------------------------------
All 4 times the RealTek 11N USB Wireless driver was installed there was an error ms,even tho the 1st two times "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" did load in Device manager, but the last 2 times “Ethernet Controller” loaded instead.
__________________________________________

"This error occurs if the service has been configured to allow the service to interact with the desktop. Interactive services can display a user interface and receive user input. If you allow the service to interact with the desktop, any information that the service displays on the desktop will also be displayed on an interactive user's desktop. A malicious user could then take control of the service or attack it from the interactive desktop. In Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, support for interactive services has been removed to mitigate this security risk; therefore, this error will be generated by any service configured as an interactive service.
To resolve this issue, change the interact with desktop setting for the service."
---------------------------------------------------------
On 8-7-15 I changed the interact with desktop setting: Open the Services snap-in by clicking the Start button, Control Panel, and Administrative Tools, then double-clicking Services.
Note: For Windows Vista, use the Classic View display option in Control Panel to see the Administration Tools.
In the details pane of the Services snap-in, right-click on the name of the service you want to start and select Properties.
Click the Log On tab and clear the Allow service to interact with desktop checkbox.
Click OK.
-------------------------------
So now I will try reinstalling the driver again tomorrow.

8-9-15 I Installed the RTL8192SU Driver, but it didn't work! & I have the same problems as before:

1] “Ethernet Controller” is loaded instead of Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Driver

2]
Allow service to interact with desktop” box has now become ticked...again!
This appears to be caused by installing the RTL8192SU Driver! [I unticked the box before the install]

3] I get the same Error Message in Event Viewer:
“The Realtek11nSU service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.”
____________________________
So now I wonder if the
RTL8192SU driver is actually the right one!

The
RTL8192SU driver is not on Realtek's list of Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Drivers
& RTL8192SU is not on Win 7's list of Drivers for Network Adapters [for my PC].
Also, on the [3 yr old] backup clone of my HD, there is no Realtek11nSU service [or any Realtek service,in Services]

Altho the RTL8192SU driver is cited by Laith as the cause of my BSOD
&
RTL8192SU is labelled by Realtek as: “Support Win2K/XP/Vista/Win7”, which apparently means it’s applicable to Win7.

A restore is too risky in this case. Previous restores may have caused the network adapter driver problem,

& Previous restores [mysteriously] seemed to cause the loss of registration for another app, which I have finally corrected.

I may check what drivers are on my CD.

As far as I can tell Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller is the proper driver, but is RTL8192SU the same driver or not?

I was not able to solve the Interactive Services error described in my previous post, so the reinstalled RTL8192su.sys driver has some problem [it is not recognized-?].
But I have no problems connecting online!

______________________________________________________
So I want to focus on just the continuing BSOD problem, which Laith cited was caused by RTL8192su.sys .

I have 3 instances of the RTL8192su.sys driver on my HD!
Which is the problem file causing the BSOD? & How can this be determined? : from the memory address of the error [see 1st post above] or some other way?

1] C:\Windows\System32\drivers\rtl8192su.sys

2] C:\Program Files (x86)\Belkin\F9L1001\v1\Win7x64\rtl8192su.sys

3] C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\11n USB Wireless LAN Utility\Driver\rtl8192su.sys
[Note: For some reason this instance of the driver is not listed when using : Start Button > “Search”]
---------------------------
Laith also added that the BSOD was caused by my:
“Realtek RTL8192SU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter driver” --does this point to driver file #3 above in particular?

Now my Hitachi Clone HD also crashed from a BSOD, exactly same error : ”Driver-IRQL-Not-Less-Or-Equal” at ntoskrnl.exe+748c0, apparently caused by the same rtl8192su driver for the BelkinN150 USB adapter.

I dual boot this Hitachi Clone HDD on the same PC as my main WDC HD.

This means to me that:
1] Probably the RTL8192su driver is inherently flawed; so I should just get a different Wifi Adapter,or

2] both HD drivers have been corrupted for some underlying cause [possibly the BIOS needs updating.]

QUESTION: Could I substitute some alternative Driver?

-------------------------------------------------
PS:Is a WiFi [PCI] card more stable than Wifi USB?
